Shipping policy

Shipping on all orders is free. We want your PawNura Pura to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's what to expect.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping & Delivery Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 6 to 12 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally customs processing, peak periods, weather, or remote delivery areas can add a few days. If your order seems delayed, reach out and we'll help track it down.

Shipping Cost Shipping is free on all orders.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can check your order status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an address entered incorrectly, we may not be able to reroute or recover it, though we'll always do our best to help.

Lost or Stuck Packages If your tracking hasn't updated or your package appears lost, email us at support@trypawnura.com and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
